Barcelona’s stray dogs and cats finally get a kennel to call home

The construction of the new kennel to the spray dogs and cats will finish in 2011.
This new facility will be in the park d l’Oreneta, in Sarrià (Sant Gervasi district) and it also will have a sport area to the animals .
The capacity of the new kennel will be for 250 dogs and 200 cats, approximately.
If in the new site for abandoned animals is overflow, the current kennel has though remain open as a backup.

Speed limit efficiency

The reduction of pollution levels in Barcelona’s area has been the result after to have put the new Project: 80 km/h Speedy limit on the road.
This reduced speed limit also has had good effects in the consumption of petrol, because it has reduced it. Moreover, there has been a reduction in traffic because there are less means of transport on the metropolitan’s area.

I've learned those words:

Efficiency = eficacia
Consumption = consum that I though that “consume” in English, apart to be the verb, it was the name but I’ve learned that I was wrong because the name is “consumption”.
Means of transport = mitjans de transpot
