Jellyfish: ogre of the sea or princess of the plate?
Jellyfish, for most people who spend the summer in the Mediterranean beaches, is a menace 
because it's an aquatic creature which has poison and if you touch this one produces sting or allergy. On the other hand, for Carme Roscalleda, a Catalan chef very recognized, this animal is a “beautiful marine princess”. Even she tried to introduce it in her gastronomic delicacy dishes one year ago, but that idea didn't work because the customers didn't like find in their dishes some slices of jellyfish. Finally, Carme decided to continue to experimenting new dishes but without the marine animal. However, she thinks that jellyfish can be one ingredient of some dishes in the future.
